AC SERVICE

• Inspection charges will be applicable in case the customer decides not to proceed with service after inspection is done and estimate given

• The warranty period for the service will be 30 days
• If changed materials require a warranty, it should be obtained from the service team.
•  Service charge is as per the scope of work. 
• Please confirm the make and rates of spares/materials with the vendor before the purchase.
• Please specify your make and model details, and existing issues in the comment field while booking the service. 
• Gas refilling and material charges are separate from service charges. The service Partner will continue such additional work on approval by the user. 
• We offer only 30 days service warranty on AC repairs, in incase of any issues with the order or completed service customer needs to inform customer service at the earliest.
• Inspection charges of ₹300 are applicable if no service is availed post-inspection.

• An AC technician nearest to you will be assigned to your request.

• Our technician will visit your home or workplace to deliver the service.

• Any additional work will begin only with your approval, and materials will be purchased after giving you a cost estimate

• Payment can be done online or cash on delivery. Please select your preferred option while booking.

Why do I have to pay Inspection charges?

An inspection charge is charged only when the customer decides not to continue with the service after a detailed inspection is done and a cost estimate is given. This is to compensate the provider for his travel costs and the time and effort of the inspection.

Do I have to pay inspection charges after I decide to take the service as suggested by the technician? 

No, any inspection charges paid will be adjusted in the final bill. The inspection charge is only to compensate the provider for his travel costs and the time and effort of the inspection of the appliance.
