• All the above mentioned rates are subject to a minimum of 1000 sq. ft.
• A lump sum (consolidated) amount will be arrived at where the sq. ft. area is less than 1000 sq. ft.
• Crack filling, removing deep stains etc., will require special materials and efforts and will be charged extra.
• Service tax is applicable on each of the above services.
• Rates given are approximate estimate based on average size of flats & type of floor, rates will be varied based on requirements and size.
• Rates of Villas and Independent houses will be comparatively higher compared to flats.
• The charges given are strictly based on specifications and there may be variation due to area and effort. You may please detail the requirements with Partner on call to get the final estimate.
• We use superior quality, branded and unique cleaning chemicals for different types of floors.

How we polish

• Protect the wall immediately above the floor with paper so as to avoid even minor splash marks.
• Prepare the floor for flattening or leveling, in the process removing scratches.
• Hone the floor which means smoothening the marble floor with industrial diamonds, bringing shine to the marble.
• Polish the floor using different colors ( black, green, blue, red, tan, white, etc….) of pads. The more the different types or colors of pads are used, the shinier the floors become.
• Crystallize the floor to bring “mirror like” shine by chemical application on the surface of the floor.
