After the order has been placed, a technician available at the location nearest yours will be assigned for the service.

The technician will contact you to get a detailed list of requirements and to arrange a site visit for inspection.

After the site visit, the technician will brief you regarding the issue, repairs to be done, material changes if needed, and an estimated cost.

On approval of the estimated cost, the repair work can start. If necessary, the technician may be required to transport the appliance to a service center, which you will be informed of before the service begins. The time required for the service can vary as per the material's availability. 

Once the service is delivered, you may make the payment via your selected mode of payment.
