PICK UP & DELIVERY

•  Customer must share the material to be delivered in detail in the comment field while placing the order.

•  Distance is calculated from the pickup address and delivery address provided, there will be ₹30 waiting charge for every 10 minutes during service.

•  If the customer cancels his/her order after the vendor reached the location, Joboy shall have the right to levy cancellation charges

•  Charges for furniture and other items will be strictly based on the size of material, distance and number of people required to deliver the service. 

•  Joboy reserve the right to cancel the order :                                                                                                 

• if customer fails to attend the call by phone at the time of pickup of the item to be deliverd.
• if the material doesn't match with the decription specified at the time of placing the order. 
• if there is lack of information regrading the contents of the package/cargo.
• if the package contains any unwarranted items such as alcohol, drugs or any items that is deemed illegal

•  Acceptance of a Delivery Task by a Delivery Partner shall constitute an independent contractual arrangement for services between Users and the Delivery Partner.
