ESSENTIAL DELIVERY

•  We would be charging additional ₹150 on the service charge for delivery service between 08:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Additional amount may be applicable on Sunday and Pubic Holidays. You are request to plan your order accordingly. 

•  Customer must share the material to be delivered in detail in the comment field while placing the order.

•  Distance is calculated from the pickup address and delivery address provided, there will be ₹30 waiting charge for every 10 minutes during service.

•  If the customer cancels his/her order after the vendor reached the location, Joboy shall have the right to levy penalty charges for breach of contract term.

•  Charges for furniture and other items will be strictly based on the size of material, distance and number of people required to deliver the service. 

•  Joboy reserve the right to cancel the order :                                                                                                 

• if customer fails to attend the call by phone at the time of pickup of the item to be deliverd.
• if the material doesn't match with the decription specified at the time of placing the order. 
• if there is lack of information regrading the contents of the package/cargo.
• if the package contains any unwarranted items such as alcohol, drugs or any items that is deemed unlawful.

•  Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding,refunds will be assessed on a case to case basis by Joboy.

•  The Delivery Partners’ engagement with Joboy is on a principal to principal, non-exclusive and voluntary basis.No control is exercised by joboy on the Delivery Partners and there is no employer-employee relationship between joboy and the Delivery Partners.

•  Acceptance of a Delivery Task by a Delivery Partner shall constitute an independent contractual arrangement for services between Users and the Delivery Partner.
