DRY CLEANING

• A delivery charge of ₹80 will be applicable if the total amount of laundry is below ₹300.

Service is offered in association with our expert service partners. User is requested to make sure that estimate bill along with material details are received during material collection. 

• There is no guarantee for removal of tough dirt,stains,colours.
• There will be pick up charge of Rs 80/- for orders less than bill amount 300.
• PRICE MAY SLIGHTLY VARY DEPENDS ON THE GARMENT.
• KG PRICES APPLICABLE FOR MINIMUM 6 KG ONLY
• Estimate delivery is 6-7 days for Dry Cleaning. Turn around days will be calculated from the day of pick up, and is exclusive of public holidays.
• Items that cannot be processed will be informed post pick up (incase of any damage). Damaged items will be processed at customer's risk.
• Kindly confirm the availability for the express delivery during the confirmation call from Joboy.
• Any demanded delivery before the mentioned days will be considered as express delivery and will be charged double of the bill amount.
• Any complaints/loss of items must be notified within 12 hours after the delivery, other discrepancies will not be encouraged.
• Starching 10 rs/pieces(except dry clean items,starching with be free with dry wash)
• Joboy will not be responsible for delivery or other issues in case of direct request to partner.
