  • Our service partners will give you the best quote based on your specific requirements. If the work is confirmed the same amount collected as inspection charge will be deducted from the total service charge.

  • Service provider will help you with quotation and on approval of cost estimation delivery will be scheduled. Please confirm the quotation before initiating work to avoid any conflict on service completion.
  • Service Partner will be solely responsible for service warranty.
  • JOBOY reserves the right to cancel the service orders due to unavailability of service partner or in case of over booking
  • Joboy is only trying to connect you with verified providers. In this case it is the customers responsibility to work out the prices with the vendor based on customer's specific requirements. Customer is requested to also ensure that a proper work detailing is also agreed in advance to avoid any conflict

How do I pay the service provider?

You can pay either by cash directly to the service provider, or by various online payment options available on the Joboy platform. You can select a payment mode while booking the service. You will receive a detailed receipt in your registered email id on completion of job. Invoices will also be available in the Order History page.

How to escalate my concerns/complaints?

You can raise your concerns/complaints through our platforms (Website and mobile) in the order history page or mail us via help@joboy.in. We will respond to your queries/concerns/complaints within 24 hours via mail/call. For refund/cancellation related queries, read our ‘Cancellation/Refund Policy’.

How do I ensure the credibility of service provider?

JOBOY assures your safety and security while deliver the service at your place. We have the group of most trusted service providers from your city to deliver the service, each service partner is on-boarded after strict background verification (Criminal and behavioral) by our team. Photo of service expert assigned to deliver the job will be available in the application, please check 'Order History' page. If you feel any concern regarding the assigned service provider, please contact us immediately, you can use the 'Call Us' button on the side bar.

What’s the time limit for cancellation and rescheduling of service request?

You can cancel or reschedule the job anytime through joboy platforms (website/mobile application/customer care number). You are allowed to cancel/reschedule the requests before 30 minutes (in case of scheduled service) of the scheduled time and before 10 minutes in case of on-time job without cancellation/inconvenience fee.

I don’t have an account in Joboy. Can I still request a job?

Joboy prefers to serve the registered customers. We suggest you to register in Joboy which will help us to reduce the fake job requests and to make available the offers that suit your requirements. The information gathered during registration enables us to serve you on time. This is also to ensure safety and security of both customers and service providers.

How do I redeem the deals? Is there any charge associated with deals?

JOBOY offers free deals to users as part of loaylty campaign. This deals must be redeemed within specified timeframe at partner shops, deals can be availed on terms and conditions given. Users must show the deals active at the merchant counter before availing service. You can contact JOBOY customer care ( +91 8606622277) for in case you face any problem in availing deals or redeeming deals at merchant locations.

What should I do if money is deducted from my bank account and payment is not reflected in my Joboy account?

If money has been deducted from your bank account, and payment is not reflected in your user account, please contact our customer care on +91 860 662 2277, or write to us at help@joboy.in. Your payment status will be corrected within 48 hours, if the transaction was successful at the payment gateway, and money has been received in our bank account. If your payment status is not updated in the given timeframe, please contact the bank for further enquiries. JOBOY can not take responsibility for payment failures due to technical issues on the banks platform, and in such cases the bank should refund you as per their turn around time.

How do I register with Joboy as a vendor?

You can register on the Joboy platform (Web/mobile app) or contact us at +91 860 662 2277 or mail your details at support@joboy.in. Joboy vendor management team will contact you for documentation and will help you with completion of registration . You can download the Joboy Expert App from Google Play Store and register.
