Material charges extra. Drainage cleaning will be done only on quotation basis. For work of more than 4 hours, it will be quotation work.
An amount of Rs. 150 will be charged in case the customer refuses to proceed with the service after inspection is done and a quote given. An additional amount of Rs 150 will be charged for the night services from 07:00PM to 07:00 AM.

Terms & Conditions

Joboy charges for a unit of 1 hour of service initially, and every 30 minutes thereon.
Material charges will be additional. Customers can either purchase the material directly or request the service partner to procure it. Time for material procurement will be charged accordingly in the final bill.
Please ask for a detailed quotation from our partner before starting quotation work.
Only maintenance works are carried out at hourly rates.
If the user decides not to proceed with the service delivery or reschedules the service after the partner arrives at the user's premises, ₹150 will be charged as inspection charges
An additional amount of Rs 150 will be charged for the night services from 07:00PM to 07:00 AM.
Our service partner will help you with a quotation in case of long-hour work schedules. Please confirm the quotation before initiating work to avoid any conflict on service completion. In case you do not want to continue service, we may charge ₹150 as an inspection charge however deemed fit.
We offer up to 7 days warranty on the service in case of recurring issues of the same nature where the service was done.

How it works

After you place an order for the service, a technician near the service location will be assigned to you. In case of immediate work, the nearest technician available will be assigned for the service,
Once the technician is assigned, you will be getting a confirmation call from them to get more details regarding the service to bring the necessary equipment/materials for the service.
If you are making the purchases of materials for the service make sure you get a detailed list of the same from the technician during the confirmation call and keep the materials ready before service begins. In case you want the Joboy partner to purchase the materials, let them know beforehand. The time taken for the purchase of materials will be added as part of the service charges.
You will be given a quotation or cost estimate if required for work that requires more than 4 hours after an initial assessment. Work will be done only after your approval of the quote.
When the work is over, our agent will let you know the service charge. Please make the payment accordingly online on our platform or by cash to the service provider
