WASH AND IRON

• Pick up and delivery charges of Rs. 60 applicable in case invoice value is less than Rs 300

Service is offered in association with our expert service partners. User is requested to make sure that estimate bill along with material details are received during material collection. 

• There is no guarantee for removal of tough dirt,stains,colours.
• There will be pick up charge of Rs 60/- for orders less than bill amount 300.
• Estimate delivery days is 3 for Wash and Iron. Turn around days will be calculated from the day of pick up, and is exclusive of public holidays.
• Items that cannot be processed will be informed post pick up (incase of any damage). Damaged items will be processed at customer's risk.
• Any demanded delivery before the mentioned days will be considered as express delivery and will be charged double of the bill amount.
• Any complaints/loss of items must be notified within 12 hours after the delivery, other discrepancies will not be encouraged.
• Starching 10 rs/pieces(except dry clean items,starching with be free with dry wash)
• Joboy will not be responsible for delivery or other issues in case of direct request to partner.
