• Any spares and materials required for repairs will be charged separately. Service Partner will let you know in advance of any additional costs.
• Inspection charge will be applicable in case the customer refuses to continue with the service, after the appliance has been inspected and cost estimate given.

• Please confirm the make and rates of spares/materials with the vendor before purchase.

• Please specify your make and model details, and existing issues in the comment field while booking the service. 

• Gas refilling and material charges are separate from service charges. Service partner will continue such additional work on approval of cost by the user. 

• We offer upto 60 days service warranty on AC repairs. 

• Rs.350 inspection charges if no service is availed post inspection.

Why do I have to pay Inspection charges?

An inspection charge is charged only when the customer decides not to continue with the service after a detailed inspection is done and a cost estimate is given. This is to compensate the provider for his travel costs and the time and effort of the inspection.

Do I have to pay inspection charges after I decide to take the service as suggested by the technician? 

No, any inspection charges paid will be adjusted in the final bill. The inspection charge is only to compensate the provider for his travel costs and the time and effort of the inspection of the appliance.
