• *An extra 20 to 25% of total bill amount will be charged on express Delivery. *A delivery charge of ₹80 will be applicable if the total amount of laundry is below ₹300.

Service is offered in association with 'Neeravi'. User is requested to make sure that estimate bill along with material details are received during material collection. 

• After washing the clothes, we deliver them in 24 hours for an express delivery.

• Express Delivery is subject to cloth materials and conditions.
• There is no guarantee for tough dirt,stains,colours and jerry.
• Prices mentioned above are exclusive of GST
• There will be pick up charge of Rs 80/- for orders less than bill amount 300.
• PRICE MAY SLIGHTLY VARY DEPENDS ON THE GARMENT
• KG PRICES APPLICABLE FOR MINIMUM 6 KG ONLY
• All the calls of the day will be picked up by next day.
• Estimate delivery is 2-3 days for Wash and Fold. Turn around days will be calculated from the day of pick up, turn around days is exclusive of public holidays.
• JOBOY will not be responsible for delivery or other issues in case of direct request to partner. 
• tems cannot be processed will be informed post pick up.(incase of any damage)Damage items will be processed at customer' risk.
• Kindly confirm the availability for the express delivery during the confirmation call from Joboy.
• Any demanded delivery before the mentioned days will be considered as express delivery and will be charged double of the bill amount.
• Pick up time can vary upto 12 hrs after the pick up order confirmation.
• Any complaints/loss of items will be notified with in 12 hours after the delivery,other discrepancies will not be encouraged.
• Hot water/dettol/customised detergent wash will be charged 5 rs extra/piece.
• Starching 10 rs/pieces(except dry clean items,starching with be free with dry wash)
