• We do not provide service for CRT Television as there is a considerable shortage of genuine parts in the market.

• Charges given are only for services, spares and material costs will be separately charged. 

• This service is assured with a 30 days warranty period. If the issue reoccurs within the said period, our technicians will revisit and fix the issue free of cost.  

• Once the order is received, a nearest available service technician to your location will be assigned for the service. A service technician will contact you at your registered phone number to get clairty on the issue as well as your availability for the service. 

• Service technician will visit your premises and will do the inspection first and will let you know what needs to be done, the cost of any materials or spare if needed for the service, and service charges in case of repair works.

• Work will only start upon your cost estimate approval. Delay in material/spare procurement will depend upon the brand and model of the appliance. Therefore, make sure you confirm the make and model of the appliance during the initial calls with the service technician.
