• Service partner will share the cost estimate after an inspection of the area of requirement. Work will be delivered on approval of cost estimate by customer.
• Under New Painting category, service included in ₹35 per sq. ft. are 2 cot putty + 1 cot primer +2 cot emulsion.
• Under New Painting category, service included in ₹7 per sq. ft. are one 1 cot painting for which a minimum of 500 sq.ft area is required.
• Under repainting category- exterior painting, service included in ₹14 per sq. ft. are touch up putty + 2cot painting + water wash for which a minimum of 300 sq.ft area is required.
• Under repainting category- interior painting, service included in ₹10 per sq. ft. are Touch up putty +2cot painting for which a minimum of 300 sq.ft area is required.
• Rates are calulated using: Asian ultima, Asian ultima (₹14 per sq. ft. repainting exterior), Dulex Max (₹15 per sq. ft. repainting exterior), Asian Apcolite Premium Emulsion (₹10 per sq. ft. repainting interior), Dulex Super Cover (₹10 per sq. ft. repainting interior).
• Material cost may vary according to the preffered brand of the customer.
• Scaffolding rates will be extra, if needed.
